Jennifer Elmberg, MSW, LICSW
Owner, Psychotherapist
Welcome.
With over a decade of experience in the health, mental health, and human services fields, I specialize in evidence-based trauma resolution modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR-informed approaches, DBT, and somatic-based interventions. My work is rooted in an integrative medicine perspective — meaning I look at the whole person. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, honors your nervous system, and supports lasting healing.
I am a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Minnesota Board of Social Work and have been providing supervision to social workers since 2019. Supporting the growth of emerging clinicians is one of the most meaningful parts of my professional life.
In addition to my clinical work, I am the author of Mari’s Magical Mind Garden, a children’s book designed to help young minds understand and tend to their mental health. Writing allows me to extend my mission beyond the therapy room — planting seeds of emotional wellness within families and communities. Through my work as an author, I also create relatable content on social media, speak at events, and spread awareness on mental health. You can find out more on my personal website: www.aligningwithjenn.com.
I also offer Trauma-Informed Yoga, further integrating body-based healing practices into my work. I deeply believe that healing is not only cognitive — it is relational, embodied, and experiential.
I am passionate about nature, animals, and holistic wellness. Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, writing, spending time with my family and dogs, or outdoors grounding myself in the natural world.
My core hope is that every person who walks through my door leaves feeling a little more empowered, a little more regulated, and a little more hopeful.

Zachary Summers, LGSW
Telehealth Psychotherapist
Zach believes therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe a little easier. Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, or the weight of major life changes alone. When things feel overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to start—or how to move forward.
Zach works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relational challenges, and significant life transitions. His approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, he helps clients build healthier coping strategies, manage stress more effectively, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. He believes therapy works best when clients feel heard, supported, and able to move at their own pace.
Zach is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with experience supporting individuals through difficult emotions, life events, and personal challenges. He offers telehealth services for added flexibility and accessibility.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his dogs, playing video games, going to the gym, and riding motorcycles.
If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again, Zach would be honored to support you. You don’t have to do this alone.
